Our Pain Pattern Assessment is for educational purposes only and is not a medical diagnosis

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY PROGRAM AND/OR SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT EXCEED YOUR LIMITS WHILE PERFORMING SUCH ACTION, AND YOU WILL SELECT THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF PROGRAM FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES, AS WELL AS FOR ANY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND/OR LIMITATIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

Digital Products and Online Programs:
10-day money back guarantee on all digital programs and courses
If for any reason within 10 days of purchase you are unsatisfied, simply request your refund in writing
Please include your transaction ID with your refund request
Refunds generally take 2-5 days to show in your account depending on your bank
No refunds after 10 days of purchase or first access to materials, whichever comes first
In-Person Services:
24-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full
No-shows will be charged the full session fee
Rescheduling is allowed with appropriate notice

If you default on a payment plan, access may be suspended until resolved
Refund policies still apply to paid portions
