Our Pain Pattern Assessment is for educational purposes only and is not a medical diagnosis

Do not discontinue any prescribed medications or treatments without consulting your physician

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU FURTHER REPRESENT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND BODYWORK INVOLVES STRENUOUS PHYSICAL MOVEMENT, AND THAT SUCH ACTIVITY CARRIES THE RISK OF INJURY. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY PROGRAM AND/OR SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT EXCEED YOUR LIMITS WHILE PERFORMING SUCH ACTION, AND YOU WILL SELECT THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF PROGRAM FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES, AS WELL AS FOR ANY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND/OR LIMITATIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

Those willing to commit to the work and time required for transformation
People seeking holistic approaches to pain and wellness
Individuals seeking someone else to "fix" them without personal commitment
Those unwilling to explore emotional aspects of pain patterns
People expecting purely medical approaches
Those with severe mental or physical health conditions requiring specialized therapeutic intervention
Individuals expecting immediate "magic bullet" solutions
You agree to:

Participate actively and honestly in programs
Follow safety guidelines and instructions

Maintain confidentiality of other participants in group settings

Digital Products and Online Programs:
No refunds or guarantees are offered.
In-Person Services:
48-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full
No-shows will be charged the full session fee
Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hour or more notice
Payment Plans:
If you default on a payment plan, access may be suspended until resolved
Refund policies still apply to paid portions
